How to pay your assessment

Online payments

If you wish to pay online, you can do so through your Resident Community website. Please reach out to our office if you have any questions or need to setup an account.

 

Payments by mail

If you are currently mailing your assessment payment, please:

  • make the check payable to your community,
  • write your account number in the memo area of the check, and
  • mail your payment to our lockbox at:

If you are using your bank’s Bill Pay to pay your assessment, please be sure to update the lockbox mailing address and your account number. Your account number can be obtained from the Resident Community Website.

 

Payments by ACH

If you would like to setup automatic payments, please complete the ACH Enrollment form and return with a voided check to our office at:

You can also scan and e-mail the completed form and voided check to your association's email address (e.g., <Your Association Name>@principleamc.com)
